NATA 2026 Student Support System

The NATA 2026 Student Helpline operates through the Helpdesk Ticketing System. It can be reached at following URL: https://help.nata-app.org/.

Students should refer to the knowledgebase articles to see if their query is already answered in general.

If the query has not been answered from the knowledge base, students have to register on NATA Helpdesk and create a ticket. The ticket thus created shall be responded in 1 working day.

In case the Tickets are not answered in the stipulated time frame, students may call the helpdesk numbers mentioned below.

How to Register for NATA Helpdesk

NATA Helpdesk can be reached at https://help.nata-app.org

If you are a first time user of NATA Helpdesk, you need to register first. The procedure for registration is:

  1. Click on Sign Up button on the top right corner of the screen
  2. Enter your Name, Email and the CAPTCHA shown to sign up.

You shall receive an Invitation to Access NATA Helpdesk on the email you have entered. Click on the Invitation Link and set your password.

After Logging in to the Helpdesk using the email and password, please click on CREATE TICKET to raise your query.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR RAISING A TICKET
  1. Always read the Knowledgebase Articles to see if your query is in general answered there.
  2. Always mention your NATA Application Number (If you have registered for NATA 2025/2026) in the query text.
  3. To support your query, attach scanned copies of necessary documents / screenshots wherever necessary.
  4. NATA Helpdesk tickets are answered in 1 working day. Only if it is not answered in the stipulated timeframe or in case of absolute emergency, telephonic support shall be provided.
